Our Process

Tipping Point Media’s primary focus is to partner with our clients to help define their communication objectives and design engaging, conceptual and effective solutions.

At the very beginning of every new project a Project Manager is assigned to oversee the project. In order to streamline the process, the Project Manager acts as a single point of contact for the client as well as the internal creative team. The Project Manager also manages the timeline, budget and the allocation of resources throughout the duration of the project. Initially, the Project Manager will interface with the client to gain insight by listening, taking notes and asking questions. Based on the content, scope and timeline of the project, the Creative Director and Project Manager meet to form a creative team designated for the project.

After the creative team is formed, we try to walk in the shoes of our clients and the shoes of their end-user. After researching subject matter, conducting brainstorming sessions and assessing best vehicles for delivery, the creative team composes a creative brief to share with the client. The creative brief is a very useful tool as it provides a blueprint for the life of the project. Throughout our process, we focus on three key factors – designing innovative solutions, maximizing level of engagement and exceeding our partners’ expectations.

Now, we’ve got to decide how to best deliver the message.

Once the project’s objectives are defined, the creative team develops a design strategy. Depending on the project, a design strategy can be the visual development of a brand, campaign or initiative. The Project Manager will meet with the client throughout the review process as often as necessary. Deliverables to the client at this stage may be in the form of storyboards or prototypes. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping all team members on point and preserving the team’s vision of “the big picture.”

Throughout production, design prototypes go through rigorous testing with our programmers to ensure smooth delivery.

Upon Completion

At the end of every project, the Project Manager will set up time to meet with the client to talk about the outcome, share best practices learned along the way and discuss next steps.
